Shadow Oaks Apartment Homes participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.


Pet Fees:

Pet Deposit: $500 per pet (fixed & refundable)

Pet Rent: $25/month, per pet (fixed)
